Additional recording hours as a one-off purchase. They never expire and are only used once the monthly allowance is gone.

01What happens when the recording hours run out?+
New recordings can only be started again once the next monthly allowance begins. From Plus and in all team plans you can also buy an hour pack.
02Is there a free trial?+
No. All plans are paid from day one, cancellable monthly.
03Which payment methods are available?+
Through the checkout: credit card and the other payment methods Stripe offers; the amount is charged monthly in advance. On request: by invoice, monthly in advance by email, payable within 30 days. All amounts in Swiss francs.
04What happens when I cancel?+
You cancel by email to us, effective at the end of the current month. You then keep access for another 30 days and can export everything as a ZIP (Markdown, recordings and embedded media). After that all data is permanently deleted - as required by Swiss DPA.
05Is there a data processing agreement (DPA)?+
Yes. For all Team and Business plans we provide a DPA. We also negotiate individually if needed - just contact us.
